Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Eco-Products. If you are dissatisfied, you may return or exchange your item by mail.

Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase. However, only full case quantities may be returned. We do not accept returns of pack or sleeve quantities.

A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns. Additionally, product must be received in re-salable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees to originating warehouse. We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees.

How to return an item:

  1. Find your Sales Order # or Internet Order #.
  2. Call Customer Care at 1-866-402-1831 x 2 to request a return.
  3. During the call, a Customer Care rep will complete a Return Authorization (RMA) and give you an RMA #.
  4. The rep will give you further instructions on labeling your shipment to return back to our warehouse.
  5. After the call, the rep will send you an email that includes your RMA # and any other shipping information you discussed.
  6. We'll refund the credit card used on the originating transaction (less the restocking fees or any shipping charges).
