Shipping and Handling
As the nation’s leading brand of
environmentally conscious single use foodservice products, we want to make sure
our customers get the products they need at affordable prices. That means
offering the lowest shipping rates available! We ship large volumes of packages
across the nation every day.
That provides us with significant discounts through our carriers. We pass
those discounts on to you! If you have any questions, please contact us at 303-449-1876, Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00 MST.
Returns
In order to return a product, please call 303-449-1876 x 2
to request a RMA number for your returns. Returns without RMA's will not be
accepted back into our warehouse.
Web Orders
All web orders are processed on the next business
day and shipped within the following 1 – 2 business days unless otherwise noted.
Same day shipping is not available for web orders. It is our goal to ship orders
as timely as possible, thus, if your order is time sensitive, please select an
expedited shipping method. We also invite you to contact the Customer Service
team to discuss shipping times and costs.
Phone Orders
All
phone orders are processed on the next business day and shipped within the
following 1 – 2 business days.
Order Tracking
You will receive
your UPS tracking number(s) within 1 – 3 business days of your order. Your
tracking number will be emailed directly to you from UPS. Note that UPS emails
frequently land in a junk or spam folder.
Free UPS Ground Shipping
Free UPS Ground Shipping is available if:
Your shipping address is located in the lower 48 states
You placed your order online
Your order is shipping via
UPS Ground
Your order is larger than $299 (At times we run
shipping specials where this price is lower).
Expedited shipping
options:
Online orders: You have the option to select expedited shipping
at the time you are placing your online order. Please note that the shipping
time begins when the order leaves the warehouse.
Phone orders: Phone
orders will be processed on the next business day, if you require expedited
shipping please discuss available options with a Customer Service
Representative. Same day shipping is not available.
Delivery Options:
Orders exceeding 25 cases or more may be shipped via common carrier.
International Shipping
At this time we do not ship to countries
outside of the U.S. with the exception of Canada. Please be aware that the UPS
shipping fee calculated on the web order does not include additional shipping
fees, duty and custom fees and other fees as determined by the Canadian
government. The additional governmental fees will be collected at the time of
delivery.
Additional Shipping Restrictions and Information
We
can not ship to APO or PO Boxes
We primarily use UPS for all our shipping
needs
